What If 80% of Your Day Was Love?

When I became a coach…

The real reason wasn’t to build an online presence.

Or post viral content. Or learn every hack in the book.

What I wanted—deeply—was connection.

To spend my days in conversation. To show up as a being of love. To feel the warmth of real human exchange.

But—if I audited my calendar? If I looked at the percentage of my time spent on that?

It would’ve looked like a sad joke.

Maybe 10–20% devoted to connection and love.

The rest? Posting, DMs, growth strategies, attention-clicking hooks.

And don’t get me wrong—those things do have value.

They can pay the bills in the long run.

But they weren’t filling my heart…

They weren’t giving me the fulfilment, the warmth, the resonance I signed up for.

Recently, something shifted.

My coach asked me a question:

80%. Days filled with:

• Conversation over coffee

• Genuine curiosity with strangers

• Deep presence in coaching sessions

• Intentional love with every human I meet

80% connection. 80% language. 80% becoming a living vessel of care.

And I thought… what would that look like?

So I did it.

I shifted my calendar.

I cleared what didn’t align, and made space for what did.

Now? Most days look like:

• Coaching sessions that breathe Life

• Moments of “just listening” or ice-breaking

• Creating powerful possibilities with strangers

Not because I’m anti-technology. Not because I don’t value strategy or reach.

But because love isn’t logical.

Connection isn’t measured in click-throughs. Presence can’t be algorithmically optimized.

It’s about being over doing.

So here’s my question to you:

And… How much of your Life actually reflects that?

If the answer feels under 50%—ask yourself:

What would it look like to raise that number? To step into 80% alignment.

I’ll tell you what it did for me:

• Days I look forward to 

• A deeper sense of joy and meaning

• Flow states that fuel the rest of my Life

• More Life (and yes… even more abundance) showing up

Because when I’m serving with my whole heart—when I’m present with people—I open channels for more of everything that matters:

• Love

• Meaning

• Opportunity

So here’s my invitation:

Do more of what lights you up. Do more of what your heart signed you up for.
