Integration vs. Information
Read time: 1 minute
I have so many insights a lot of the time.
Every week. Every session. Sometimes every walk.
And honestly... it’s a blessing… and it could also be seen as a bit of a trap.
Because when you live a Life where insights are constantly flowing, it can start to feel like you need to share all of them. Like your job is to pass them on as quickly and efficiently as possible. One after the other.
In fact, up to recently, I used to think that was my job.
Especially early in my coaching journey—I thought the best thing I could do for my clients was to give them more.
More insights.
More distinctions.
More breakthroughs.
Just... more.
But what I’ve come to see is that more is not always deeper.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can offer someone is space.
Space to slow down.
Space to let one insight land.
Space to breathe with it.
Dance with it.
Let it mold them.
Because real change doesn’t happen from collecting more insight.
Real change happens when you live the one that already found you.
And that’s why I want to keep this letter short.
If you’re at a seminar this weekend, engaging in a course, reading a book, watching something—whatever it is…
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking you need to get more in order for it to be valuable.
What if the only thing that matters is how you’re Being with what’s already here?
What if one insight, fully received, could shift everything?
So maybe just as a possibility this weekend (& throughout your Life, at large!)… don’t reach for more.
Simply let it land. Let it do its work. Let it shape you.
And see what happens.

Love & Blessings,
