A Mantra That’s Changed My Life
Read time: 1.5 minutes
I’m changing the name of this newsletter.
But it’s not just about a name.
It’s about something deeper.
A mantra. A reminder. A way of being.
Because over the past few months, I’ve realized something:
Growth isn’t linear.
You can do everything “right” and still fall short.
You can have momentum, then lose it. You can feel on top of the world one week—and completely lost the next.
And through all of it?
The doubts don’t vanish.
The fear doesn’t disappear.
The chaos doesn’t calm down forever.
But there’s one thing that always moves you forward:
You keep going.
You get back up. You take the lesson. You apply what you’ve learned. You iterate.
Not repeat. Iterate.
Repetition is doing the same thing, hoping it sticks.
Iteration is taking what you learned and doing it differently. Better. Smarter. Wiser.
And that’s how you grow.
That’s how you build. That’s how you evolve. That’s how you win.
And that’s what this new name represents.
We Keep Movin'.
It’s not just a motto. It’s a philosophy.
Because the truth is:
The path won’t be perfect.
You’ll mess up.
You’ll take detours.
You’ll question everything.
But as long as you keep movin'—with intention, with iteration—you’ll keep rising.
That’s why I’m renaming this letter.
Not to sound cooler. Not to rebrand. But to make this mantra a shared identity—a core value of this community.
We move forward. Always.
In business, if you’re not growing, you’re dying.
In nature, if something isn’t evolving, it’s withering.
We are no different.
So this is your reminder:
Don’t wait for perfect. Don’t aim for flawless.
Just keep movin'.
Progress over perfection. Iteration over hesitation. Movement over overthinking.
That’s the point. That’s the game.
And we’re playing it together now.
Thank you for being here, my friend.
Much Love,
Julian
PS. I’m curious—what’s something you’ve been sitting on, waiting to “perfect,” instead of just iterating forward? Reply directly to this email and let me know.
