A Little Story About a Big Dream

Read time: 1.5 minutes

There’s something I’ve always loved about being around people.

Not big crowds or surface-level conversations.

But real connection. Quiet moments. Honest reflection.

It’s a little ironic, because I also really cherish my alone time.

My independence.

My space to think, walk, journal, just be.

But when I’m with people—and I mean truly with them—especially in conversations about who they’re becoming, about what’s possible, about what they want for their lives…

It lights something up in me.

That’s how I felt last weekend.

I hosted a small workshop.

Not too many huge announcements. No big marketing campaign.

Just a handful of people I’d invited through quiet conversations, because it felt right.

And what happened in that room?

It reminded me exactly why this has always been a dream of mine.

To sit in a circle with others. To hold space for their stories. To guide, ask, reflect, listen. To watch someone soften into their truth or step more boldly into their power.

There’s something sacred about that.

And as much as I love my one-on-one work, something happens in a group.

The energy is different. Ideas bounce. Stories resonate.

And even though we may come in as strangers, there’s a shared sense of growth that connects us.

One person said, “I felt like I was being coached just by listening to everyone else.”

Another shared, “I haven’t spoken like this in years.”

That’s the kind of environment I want to keep creating.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I genuinely love being in that presence—with people willing to go deep.

To look inward. To unlock something they’ve maybe held back for a while.

If I had to describe it?

It’s like being in a room full of mirrors—but the kind that show you who you could be.

And this weekend, I left that room feeling more grounded, more grateful, more certain that I want to keep doing this work.

So if you’re reading this and thinking, “I’d love to be in a space like that…”

Let me know.

Reply to this email and tell me:

  • What topic would feel meaningful for you in a future workshop?

  • And would you like to be added to a list that hears about these gatherings first?

There’s more to come. And I’d love to have you there, when the time is right.

But for now, I just wanted to share this little piece of what felt like magic.

Because when you’re doing what you love… With people you admire… Talking about things that truly matter…

There’s no better feeling.

Happy Saturday!

Much Love,

Julian
